1. Our principles

2. Code of conduct
We expect employees and partners to act in accordance with our values: integrity, customer focus, trust, and impact. Behaviors that violate these principles are not tolerated.
3. Data protection and security
We handle client and user data responsibly, in accordance with the LGPD and our Privacy Policy.
4. Reporting channel
Situations involving ethical, legal, or conduct violations can be reported confidentially to tecnologia@endro.com.br. We do not tolerate retaliation against those who report in good faith.
