The security of our clients is a priority. This page gathers guidelines for you to identify and protect yourself from fraud attempts that misuse the Endro name.
Attention: Endro never requests passwords, verification codes, or payments through unofficial channels.
1. How Endro communicates
- We exclusively use the domain @endro.com.br in our emails;
- Payments and contracting only follow the official channels stated in the contract;
- We never ask for passwords, tokens, or credit card details by phone, email, or message.
2. Warning signs
- Messages with a sense of urgency or threats;
- Suspicious links or domains similar to the official one;
- Payment requests to third-party accounts.

Do not click on links or provide data. Contact us immediately through official channels and inform us via email at tecnologia@endro.com.br.
